Detail Job Description
- Coordinate and lead the acquisition and implementation of new customers and projects;
- Actively identify new leads and opportunities;
- Support and coordinate the relationship with current and new customers;
- Central point of contact for customer during the study, acquisition-phase and the implementation of the project;
- Work in a cross-functional project structure. Manage and coordinate all technical, commercial, quality and logistic aspects with the respective Departmental Managers;
- Support the European team to reach targets;
- Escalation to corporate teams when required (global project vs regional project);
- Report the status to the Sales Manager and VP Business Development;
- Apply and safeguard the Company values and management principles in daily operations;
- Apply and safeguard the internal communication and corporate identity guidelines;
- Translate processes/ procedures to local market requirements and cultural specificities;
- Escalate market and organizational needs and opportunities to corporate level and work on continuous improvement projects to adapt to the changing and challenging environment;
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by your manager.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Master or minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering;
2. Professional experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in the automotive sector;
- Strong commercial background;
- Experience with cross functional teams;
3. Product knowledge: Knowledge of Fasteners is a plus;
4. Process knowledge:
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards. Acts according to the relevant quality standards and the company management system (IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and others where applicable);
- Knowledge of the automotive processes;
- Project / Program Management experience is a plus;
5. Language skills:
- Company language is English;
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
6. Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft office package;
7. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills;
8. Other skills:
- Ability to inspire, coach and develop people;
- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment;
- Strong customer focus (internal and external);
