Job Description
- Responsible for managing an cross functional ecommerce team including hiring, OJT, R&R, coaching, training
- Day-to-day operations of ecommerce site concerning product sourcing, logistics, quality assurance, customer service, marketing
- To prepare items for sale, including photographic merchandising; researching appropriates prices in preparation for sale, and ensuring the suitability and quality of items listed for sale
- To ensure that all sold items are dispatched in a prompt and efficient manner, maintaining regular communication with the customer in the event of any delays l To actively participate in processes and procedures that support good stock control, including stock taking and recording of stock levels l To allocate work to the team on a regular basis depending on priorities and needs l To oversee and check the work of the team regularly to ensure that high quality standards are maintained and assist in the development of the team members skills l Reporting of performance and issue l Collaborating with overseas office
Job Requirements
- No less than 5 year working experience in ecommerce or retail
- Fluency in English
- University or higher degree
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
