Job Description
1. Set up, install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software, internet cable, leased line and other related network devices, including servers and data.
2. Take charge for setting up and managing user accounts, permission and passwords, IT policy in accordance with company security practice.
3. Make the periodical reports of IT assets (desktops, laptops, printers, audio visual equipment and UPS, camera) to related parties, propose and follow up with action plan for repair and replacement.
4. Support users with incidents on internet, hardware & software problems, coordinate and perform repair of minor problems with users’ and office devices within company.
5. Perform regularly (monthly, quarterly) proactive maintenance and upgrades of desktops, laptops, printers, telephones and other devices, software licenses, propose improvements to network and IT infrastructure.
6. Improving network, system and implement infrastructure.
7. Improving network, system security.
8. Support other department as needed;
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 working years in the role of IT support/ System Admin in service company/ agency environment.
- Proven experience in establishing, configuration and maintaining operating systems, applications and networks (Active Directory, DNS, FTP, Hosting, Cisco) with Window and Linux.
- Experience with Firewall, others network device.
- Experience with CRM, Fast, Sharepoint software
- Relevant degree/ certificate in Information Technology experience is advantage.
- Good at English skills ( writing, speaking…);
- Be supportive, commitment, honesty, transparency;
- Be flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment;
- Ability to organize, prepare, analyze, solve problems and work independently and team work.
