- Proactively work with Partners and Partner Account Managers (PAMs) on timely submission of Proof of Performance of the partner investments;

- Audit the Proof of Performance submitted by Partners for APJ (Asia Pacific, Japan) within 3 days of partner submission;

- Analyze financial data – and support to create financial models for decision support;

- Market research, data mining and business intelligence;

- Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews;

- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts;

- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommending actions for optimization;

- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, make recommendations for improvements;

- Investigate, resolve and advise any queries from the partners or PAMs;

- Responsible to update the investment performance presentation deck to the senior management on a monthly basis;

- Responsible for providing the Architecture performance presentation deck to the HQ Architecture Business Development Manager and senior management on a monthly basis;

- Responsible for providing the Quarterly investment performance deck to the Senior management;

- Work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support;

- Provide support for any new ad-hoc program initiative.
