Position Summary

The role will also be expected to drive channel education best practices at scale: optimize channel operations by aggregating and sharing best practice to scale supply acquisition including, but not limited to seller acquisition, seller incubation, inventory penetration, compliance and fulfillment/logistics best practices.

He/she is required to provide thought leadership to optimize operations.  The ideal candidate should be adept in infrastructure set up, channel partner on-boarding, education and technical tool training to ensure partners monitor and optimizes their own operations & initiatives. He or she will be required to localize existing training materials, playbooks and education for operating stakeholders across channel partners

The Vietnam infrastructure & operations manager is an experienced infrastructure builder. He/she will ensure the channel ecosystem can run smoothly & seamlessly by: shortlisting suitable e-commerce value chain partners to create a scalable e-commerce export ecosystem, build a seamless end to end channel operations with strategic and enabling partners, and on-boarding to ensure channel partners are well trained, ready to go on autopilot and scale their acquisition operations.    

Detail Descriptions

1. Scale e-commerce businesses & channel operations:

• Implement best practice processes for monitoring and on-boarding channel partners;
  
• Enable collaborative ecosystem partnership with e-commerce technology enablers & service providers, logistics/fulfillment and financial institutions to allow existing partners to enhance capabilities;
  
• Identify e-commerce enablers across tools, integration, omni-channel, education, fulfillment, logistics vendors to optimize local channel ecosystem;
  
• Share brand and marketing best practices;
  

2. Channel & partner on-boarding:

• On-boarding and channel training on technology tools to ensure seamless seller incubation: acquisition, on-boarding, incubation with integrated content/learning/sales management systems;
  
• Inculcate knowledge sharing process for new partners; manage, train and facilitate channels and develop scalable programs & automated triggers to drive results;
  
• Channel training & on-boarding optimization to facilitate and accelerate partner effectiveness in order to meet operational goals on seller funnel building, while maintaining selling experience quality;
