Job Description
|
1. Responsible for marketing / sales / Business development of Indl Packaging products 2. Develop & finalize in consultation with HOD annual marketing plans and strategies |
|
3. Identify market potential and develop new clients |
|
4. Develop contacts with Manufacturing Industries |
|
5. Monitor & manage the enrichment of Sales Target, Turnover, profitability & collection targets. |
|
6. Collect concessional Tax/duty form & timely payment collection from the customers. 7. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and Collection target. |
|
8. Meet customer, generate inquiry, participate in both technical & commercial negotiations & ultimately finalize the order |
|
9. Develop, Strengthen & Maintain relationship with all customers |
|
10. Train and motivate the Sales team to achieve the sales target |
|
11. Assist the Head of Quality to obtain ISO accreditations from relevant agencies & support all service related matters 12. Review & Report on monthly, quarterly basis the Actual Sales Vs Targets to HOD 13. Analyse on monthly / quarterly basis product wise profitability and initiate corrective action. |

14. Any other work assigned by HOD

Job Requirements
|
Technical Skill: |
|
1. Should have a good computer knowledge Eg. Microsoft excel, word, power point, etc. |
|
2. Preparing daily MIS report
3. At least 10-year experience in marketing of manufacturing company |
|
Behavioral Skill:
|
|
1. Good marketing skills |
|
2. Positive attitude towards work. |
|
3. Ability to deal with people diplomatically |
|
4. Posse's excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills 5. Willing to travel |
