HR & Admin Executive


Job Description



1. Create/modify/translate documents/letters as requested

2. In charge of immigration procedures for guests (if any): visa, registration with police

3. Check, monitor the monthly expenses: office renting, stationery, telephone, courier, taxi, drinking water

4. Check, monitor, control the admin service contracts, remind for expire date, renewal

5. Check and compare the prices to get approval before purchasing any items under Admin function or booking air-tickets, car, hotel for business trip

6. Arrange the internal meeting rooms as requested from all departments

7. Book the car, air tickets, hotel, airport pick-up for guests or business trips as requested

8. Prepare the monthly report of administration expenses to compared with budget from Finance department

9. Prepare the necessary things for newcomers such as entry card, email, key, stationery

10. Check, monitor, suggest for solution the hygiene in office to assure the cleaning condition


1. Check and record the attendant, lateness/early out of all employees

2. Update and control the annual leaves complying with leave application procedure

3. Support to organize monthly activities such as team building, team party, employees’ birthday celebrate, charity activities, environment campaign, outing trip, kick-off

4. Responsible for collecting employees’ profiles when joining & preserve with confidential

5. Check, investigate, and prepare necessary documents for related government offices such as insurance, tax, union

6. Support for immigration procedures for expatriates

7. Make the claim document for private health insurance if any

8. Help to search the candidates for reviewing by HR Manager

9. Contact to candidates for interview appointment as requested

10. Co-operate with Admin to take care for newcomers such as computer, desk, stationery

11. Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross sectional projects

12.Other assignments as requested from HR Manager

Job Requirements


- Graduate University in related field

- Good in English

- Have at least 2 years experiences in HR-GA

- Active, honest, responsible, willing to learn

- Team working spirit
