Purpose of the Job:
- Builds profitable business of company's products and services by identifying and selling prospects customer; maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Scope of work:
- Business development: contribute to the Sales team strategy and performance, in line with the Company strategy and objective. Meets individual assigned target for profitable sales volume and strategic objective.
- Account Management: Ensure the development and maintenance of customer relationship and high customer satisfaction.
- New Business: Ensure identification and targeting of prospect customer, in line with department and Company strategy, in order to close new profitable business and increase sales revenue.
- Management information: Gather, consolidate report management information within department related to performance as well as opportunity pipeline. Collaborate with and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Minimum 05 years working in logistics/freight forwarding industrial & at least 2 years in Manager/Supervisor position
- Good computer skills
- Fluent in local language, comfortable in English
- Senior sales techniques
- Excellent Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting for large group of people
- Knowledge of company goals and strategies.
